I’m Toni Taylor Gozza , a licensed mortgage broker and the owner of Interconnect Mortgage. I help buyers and homeowners across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina make confident mortgage decisions — especially when the situation isn’t straightforward.

Many of the clients I work with are self-employed, moving up, investing in real estate, or trying to restructure debt to improve cash flow. My role is to look beyond surface-level numbers, explain options clearly, and help clients understand the trade-offs so they can choose what truly fits their goals.
